Worldwide shipping from Europe

While most of our products are handmade with love in Bali, Indonesia, all our stock is held in our Europe-based central warehouse. All the packages are exported from the Czech Republic, while our online shopping cart calculates all the taxes based on your shipping address. If your region requires customs clearance, you are responsible for the payment of import fees upon the package’s arrival. We include all the necessary documentation for a completely smooth process that does not need your assistance.

You can choose from budget-friendly or express options, based on your priorities. We’ve partnered with DHL, Fedex, PPL, Packeta & National Post.

Regions:

Czech Republic & Slovakia

Customers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia are always eligible for free shipping. No limits, no questions asked. Your VAT is included in the price of the product & there are no import fees. Shipping courier will be picked by us based on your location and size of the package. Live tracking is always included.

Europe

Customers from Europe can choose from 5 different couriers based on their preference. 

In case you are aiming for a money-saving option, you can choose National Post. The delivery will take 1 – 2 weeks for most of the regions. Unfortunately, the tracking mostly stops working once the package leaves the Czech borders.

For maximum comfort & security, we recommend choosing from DHL, PPL, or Fedex. Both DHL and Fedex guarantee 1 – 2 days delivery, straight to your door, with live tracking throughout the whole journey of your package.

America

Customers from America can choose from 5 different couriers based on their preference. 

In case you are aiming for a money-saving option, you can choose National Post. However, we strongly do not recommend this option for your location. The delivery will take up to 1 month for most of the regions. Unfortunately, the tracking mostly stops working once the package leaves the Czech borders. The risk levels are therefore high.

For maximum comfort & security, we recommend choosing from DHL or Fedex. Both DHL and Fedex guarantee a maximum 1 week delivery, straight to your door, with live tracking throughout the whole journey of your package.

On the other hand, 100% of all our packages to Australia sent out with the National Post service were delivered safely, on average in 4 weeks time.
